Due to popular demand, we have arranged with Pardee management for us to book your reservations and save you the $6 reservation fee. We also have booked all of the full hook up sites (12), and 23 other sites (dry camping) close to where the action will be. At this time all full hook up sites are already taken and a waiting list has been established.
Pardee Lake Recreation Area is a clean, quiet place about 1 hour southeast of Sacramento. There is a huge lake for fishing, with boat slips for those who have a boat or boats to rent. Swimming, jet skis, etc. are not allowed as “body water contact is prohibited.” There are lots of areas to walk or hike, a restaurant with food for breakfast and lunch, and it’s the perfect place to come relax and enjoy.
We will of course have our “Wienie Roast” and potluck on Saturday night as well as a pot luck breakfast on Saturday morning. We are also planning a contest to see how much we have changed as the years have gone by. We would like everyone attending to send us a picture of yourself some time in high school or college. You can either email the picture with your reservation or send it in with your check. As we get closer to the event, those signed up will receive an email with details about what to bring to the Wienie Roast and final details.
Weather can be variable at this time of the year. We’ve had gorgeous days and one weekend when it was pretty cloudy and rainy. If you have a canopy, please check the weather and bring it if needed.
1. Mark your calendar.2. Find an old picture of yourself during your high school or college years. A senior picture or prom picture would be perfect.
